• Drivers License or Photo ID (Government-issued or Student ID)
• Current TB test
• Satisfactorily complete Saloma Care home orientation program
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have high moral standards of honesty and integrity
• Proof of Auto Insurance for certain assignments
